About
Our Philosophy
From our urban designers perspective, we realize our buildings are part of a larger whole. We believe in more green space, more windows, less concrete, less clutter We believe that it is very possible to design modern, interesting and elegant structures that fit the characteristic of a neighborhood. Through responsible development and good business citizenship, Taurus safeguards the return to its investors.
Our Values
- Integrity Through responsible development and good business citizenship, Taurus prides itself on making effective decisions that consider the balanced interests of all, homeowners, investors, neighborhoods, the environment and team members.
- High (Innovative) Design At Taurus trendsetting means building interiors and exteriors that delight the senses and add meaning to the whole experience. Each building we create is its own story which exists where design and life intersect. The essence of the design of the building and the home is what endures.
- Community Taurus works in the best interests of the city and its residents. We have maintained good relationships with neighbors near our projects, we employ local citizens and small businesses, and we contribute to the economic well-being of local neighborhoods through investment, philanthropy, and hands-on community involvement.
