3 Night minimum stay. Units are reserved on a first come first served basis for sleeping/general living basis (parties will not be permitted.) The rental fee will be charged to the guest’s credit card or paid in full by check 30 days prior to check-in. Units are intended for 1 – 4 people. Additional sleeping accommodations can be provided upon request should the Guest have the need for an additional bed.
If making a reservation 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the invoice total plus the cleaning fee and key deposit is due at the time of reservation. In order to keep your reservation in good standing the remaining balance is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival. Every renter needs to familiarize themselves with “Loft 11’s Rules and Regulations” found in the information folder located in the unit and please be aware that pets and smoking are not allowed in the building.
