We host architects, engineers, developers, construction managers and those who support those activities such as attorneys, marketing professionals and other like-minded entrepreneurs. Meeting memberships at $100, community memberships at $150 with half time desks available at $250 and full time desks at $350. Private offices starting at $600.

Launched in 2019, our mission is to support second career entrepreneurs who need a dynamic, well lit co working space that supports the specific needs and goals of business people moving from a long term career working for someone else to a new career as their own boss.
We provide shared office space with well-lit work areas, tranquil, serious and collaborative co-working clients, as well as your business mailing address, conference room, WiFi, kitchen -- and all in the vibrant H Street Corridor where restaurants, gyms, shopping and entertainment abound. We provide quarterly events to network with your Experience Lab co-workers and local business owners, as well as inspiring speakers discussing staffing, legal, accounting and growing your business.
