Located just north of Massachusetts Avenue NW, our design/build team found the most effective way to join two lots and build a sustainable 9 story highrise. Customization throughout using recycled materials for cabinets and counter tops, open spaces, energy efficient fixtures and appliances, and, a green roof in excess of 60% of the roof space.
