Salina 1st
Salina 1st is undertaking a $6.8 million investment of a catalytic mixed use community development project in the opportunity zone in the South Salina Street Gateway Corridor. The project will use the full circle approach to community development via creation of a mixed use project of light manufacturing, neighborhood retail, incubator/shared office space and mixed income residential. The social impacts extend from workforce development to entrepreneurial scaling, from environmental mitigation to renewable energy generation.
